My speech and language therapy appointment at Charnock Hall

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Only one parent or carer can attend the appointment as space in the clinic room is limited.

Please tell us if you or your child need some adjustments to help feel comfortable during the appointment, for example, your child may benefit from ear defenders or using a fidget toy.

There are lots of children waiting for an appointment.  It is important that we do not waste appointments. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend this appointment. We will give you another appointment and offer this appointment to someone else.

Directions to Charnock Hall

Our speech and language therapy clinic in the Charnock Hall Primary Academy can be found using the following directions:

• From White Lane turn onto Carter Hall Road
• Pass Sunflowers Day Nursery on your left
• Pass Charnock Hall Primary Academy (CHPA) on your left
• At the junction, turn left onto Charnock Dale Road
• Turn immediately left onto Carter Hall Lane
• Head towards Charnock Recreation Ground (using the car park as a place to park your car)
• You will see the signage for NHS Speech and Language and LEAD Academy Trust Hub
• Go down the drive, with the CHPA building on your left
• At the bottom of the drive you will see a building with NHS signage on it.  Please head towards the buildings entrance.
