I am coming to a Speech and Language Therapy appointment at Charnock Hall. My parent or carer will know where this is.
We will come in and tell reception that we are here.
We will wait in the waiting area.
And then we will go into a different room.
The speech and language therapist will talk to my parent or carer.
And then they will speak to me and tell me what is going to happen. This is okay.
I can have a break if I need to. This is okay.
And then it will be time to go.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Only one parent or carer can attend the appointment as space in the clinic room is limited.
Please tell us if you or your child need some adjustments to help feel comfortable during the appointment, for example, your child may benefit from ear defenders or using a fidget toy.
There are lots of children waiting for an appointment. It is important that we do not waste appointments. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend this appointment. We will give you another appointment and offer this appointment to someone else.
