It is important to make sure your child drinks enough water throughout the day, every day.
It might be easier to track their water every 3 hours instead of every hour. Aim for 100mls of water every 3 hours.
You can help your child by offering them a small reward when they have a good day.
Download our printable PDF water rewards chart for you to keep a record of your child’s drinking.
