Hello! Welcome to hearing services. Please sit or play in our waiting room. When it is your turn we will call your name from this door.
You will be brought into one of our clinic rooms.
We will tell you our names and explain what will happen as we go along. Then we will look in your ears with a special torch.
Once all the equipment is out, we are ready to begin.
First, we put a sponge in your ear. This might tickle a little bit.
Then we mix the blue and white putty.
Next we squeeze the putty into your ear.
This is how it will look. Ta-daaa!
We have a choice of swim plug and hearing aid mould colours, glitters or pictures to choose from.
