Sleep House visit timeline

What should I bring to my Sleep House visit?

Things to bring for your Sleep House visit include:

  • things to do before bed such as a book to read, a game to play, and colouring pencils
  • toothpaste and toothbrush
  • things you sleep with at home such as a favourite teddy and blanket
  • pyjamas and socks
  • feeds for the night for your baby
  • all prescribed medication. You will not be able to have your sleep study without these
