Apply moisturisers all over the body in long downward strokes, as thickly and as often as possible. Do these even when the skin is ‘good’.
If your moisturiser comes in a tub, use a spoon to scoop it out. Do not put your hands in the tub.
Apply treatments to affected areas only, and only put on enough to leave a shine on the skin.
Remember to allow 30 minutes for one cream to soak in before applying another.
