急诊科针对幼⼉发烧的处理建议 (feverish child – Mandarin)

发烧是什么?

人的正常体温在 37°C 左右.

体温升高(测得高于 38°C)往往是感染的症状.

这时您的孩子可能感觉发热、出汗,并且看起来不舒服、颤抖以及脸红.

您能为孩子做些什么?

  • 鼓励孩子多喝水
  • 不要给孩子穿得太多或太少
  • 如果孩子感到难受或不适,让其服用扑热息痛(3 个月以上儿童)或布洛芬(6 个月以上儿童).

切勿同时服用这两种药物,如果一种药物不见效,可以考虑再服用另一种.

  • 如果是扑热息痛,每 4 小时服用一次
    • 24 小时内最多服用 4 次
  • 如果是布洛芬,每 6 小时服用一次
    • 24 小时内最多服用 3 次
  • 务必遵从药物随附的用量说明
  • 夜间查看孩子的状况
  • 如果孩子感到不适,先暂停去学校或托儿所
  • 观察孩子是否出现皮疹
  • 观察孩子是否出现以下脱水症状:
    • 连续 10 个小时没有小便或尿布比平常干燥
    • 昏昏欲睡或懒散
    • 眼睛凹陷
    • 呼吸变得更快、更慢或更深
    • 口舌和嘴唇干燥,哭的时候没有眼泪
    • 婴儿头顶的囟门比平常凹陷更多
    • 轻捏皮肤时,需一两秒钟才能反弹回来

如果出现下列情况,请寻求更多医疗建议:

  • 孩子出现痉挛
  • 孩子出现皮疹,在玻璃杯的压力下也无法消失(见下图)
  • 您感觉孩子的病情加重
  • 您比上次复查时更担心
  • 发烧持续 5 天以上
  • 孩子出现脱水症状
  • 您很痛苦,担心自己照顾不好孩子
  • 孩子不足 3 个月大,不定时发烧
